Bridget is a Licensed Master Social Worker who helps people navigate trauma, long-standing emotional patterns, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, feeling lost, and major life transitions. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, and has worked in the mental health field since 2021.

Bridget brings a warm, supportive, and collaborative presence to her work. She believes healing happens through connection—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you—and works to create a space where clients feel safe to show up just as they are. Her approach focuses on building self-trust, increasing awareness, and gently exploring what’s underneath stress, overwhelm, or feeling stuck. She values moving at a pace that feels right for each person and aims to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest without fear of judgment.

Bridget uses a blend of evidence-based and body-focused approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. Her work is informed by EMDR, somatic (nervous system-based) practices, and IFS-informed parts work, which can help clients process experiences on both emotional and physical levels. She works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, parenthood, disordered eating, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While the past cannot be changed, Bridget believes it’s possible to build insight and practical tools so it has less influence on the present, making space for greater calm, flexibility, and meaningful change.

Outside of the office, Bridget recharges by spending time with friends, hiking local trails at Percy Warner or Radnor Lake, watching the latest comedy or romance show, and traveling to see family.
